That's why I'm teaming up with the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF) to raise awareness and critical funds for their mission: preventing osteoporosis, supporting patients, and educating the public.
As a personal trainer for over 15 years, I have witnessed how a 1 Minute Move a Day can help create a long term habit of prioritizing resistance training. When we prioritize resistance, we prepare and protect our bones for better agility, balance, and structure to our day.
