Special Donation-Based Exercise Class: Strength Training for Those with Osteoporosis (Beginner Level)
Join us on July 17 at 12:00pm ET for an online, instructional strength training class designed specifically for those with osteoporosis. This beginner-level class is part of a fundraiser supporting the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF). A suggested donation of $20 reserves your spot and helps advance education, awareness, and support for people living with osteoporosis.
Their mission has never been more critical: osteoporotic fractures are responsible for more hospitalizations than heart attacks, strokes, and breast cancer combined. People’s experience with osteoporosis varies greatly, but the good news is that it is manageable disease. But we need your help!
Instructor:
Carol Michaels, MBA, ACE, ACSM is an award-winning osteoporosis and cancer exercise specialist, nationally recognized presenter, author and consultant. This live class features exercises from her Osteoporosis Recovery Fitness® YouTube videos and DVDs.
