I'm raising money for the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF) in memory of my mother, Maggie Andrews Wilson.
This is a cause that is truly near and dear to my heart. My mother fell and broke her femur. She was never the same, within a year she was gone. Bone fractures, especially in older adults. can significantly increase the risk of death.
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis last year. I am raising money and raising awareness not only for my mother but also for my two daughters.

BHOF's mission has never been more critical: osteoporotic fractures are responsible for more hospitalizations than heart attacks, strokes, and breast cancer combined. People’s experience with osteoporosis varies greatly, but the good news is that it is manageable disease. But we need your help!

Our “Be Bone Strong” team will work to raise much-needed funds to help BHOF improve patient care, support those who have broken bones due to osteoporosis, and educate the public about this chronic but preventable disease.
