Please join us on Saturday, May 4th from 9 AM - 12 PM for Bone Health Day this year!

Come join us as we dive into the morning filled with education and excitement about bone health and the effects of osteoporosis. Experienced medical speakers will be present to talk about the effects of osteoporosis, bone health nutrition, and how we can improve our posture, as well as medical management. Food and beverages will also be provided. We hope to see you there! 

There is an opportunity for free heel bone density screenings for registrants that haven’t had a DEXA/bone density test!
